  • 1 tablespoon  bacon bits.
  • 1 package shredded Cheddar cheese.
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened.
  • 12 ounces jalapeño peppers, seeded and halved.
  • 1 cups milk.
  • 1 cups dry bread crumbs.
  • 2 quarts oil for frying, or as needed.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare The Jalapeños: 
    Preheat your oven to 400 °F ( 200 °C). This time cut the jalapeños lengthwisewith a knife, removing the seeds and membranes from the jalapeños once cut.
  • Make The Cheese Filling:
    Take a medium bowl and combine softened creamcheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder,onion powder, salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Stuff The Jalapeños:
    Stuff the mixture inside each halved jalapeñopepper. Don't fill them up enough.
    And take two small bowls, take bread crumbs in one bowl and mix it with milkand small amount of flour in another bowl.
    Now dip the jalapeño peppers in the milk. After dipping well in the milk,transfer them to a bowl and let them dry for 10 minutes.
    After 10 minutes of drying, dip the jalapeño peppers in the milk again, thenroll them well in the bread crumbs. Repeat this process once more and then bake.
  • Bake:
    Take a medium pan, pour some oil in it and heatit to 365 degrees Fahrenheit ( 180 degrees Celsius). When the oil is hot, slowlydrop the jalapeño peppers into the oil. Cook the deep-fried jalapeños untilgolden brown, 2 to 3 minutes.
    Once cooked, place the jalapeños on a plate lined with paper.
