  • Prepare charcoal or wood.
  • Spray bottle.
  • Get aluminium foil or plastic wrap to wrap the ribs.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  • 2 racks of baby back ribs.
  • ¼ cups apple cider vinegar.
  • ¼ cups apple juice.

Dry Rub:

  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoons salt

Sauce:

  • 1 cups tomato sauce.
  • ¼ cups apple cider vinegar.
  • 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup.

  • 1 tablespoons garlic powder
  • ½ tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoons onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Prepare The Ribs:
    In a mixing bowl, whisk together salt, white sugar, brown sugar, black pepper,white pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, and cumin.
  • Season Ribs:
    Rub the spice mixture well all over the ribs.
    Once well rubbed, cover the ribs with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least30 minutes.
  • Prepare The Smoker:
    Preheat the wire rack of the smoker to 225 °F ( 110°C). Use apple, grape, pear or cherry chipsfruit wood for sweet smoky flavor.
  • Smoke The Ribs:
    Place the ribs in a row in the smoker,maintaining a temperature of225 °F ( 110 °C), smoke for about 3-4 hours.
    After three to four hours of smoking,remove the ribs.
  • Sauce :
    Remove the ribs and brush the ribs well withyour favourite BBQ sauce.
  • Final Smoke:
    Return the sauce ribs to the smoker for another30 minutes to allow the sauce to set into it.
  • Rest And Serve:
    This time remove the ribs from the smoker and let them rest for 10 minutes.Then serve.
