- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoons salt

- ½ cups apple cider vinegar
- ½ cups brown sugar
- ¼ cups honey
- ¼ cups molasses

Instructions
- Cut the ribs:Cut the ribs into 4 equal pieces with a knife.
- Apply the rub:Combine turmeric powder, mustard and olive oil in a large bowl and mix well.Apply the dry rub thoroughly to each side of the ribs.Refrigerate the ribs for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Oven-Baked: Preheat oven to 275 °F ( 135 °C). Wrap each ribtightly with a large piece of aluminium foil. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until ribs aretender . Remove the ribs from the oven, and discard the aluminium foil.Brush both sides with BBQ sauce this time. Let ribs rest for another 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serving: Remove ribs from heat. Allow to cool slightly before serving, thenserve with a little more sauce.
