Beast Baby Back Ribs Recipe

For the Ribs:
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- ¼ cups yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Dry Rub:
- 1 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoons cumin
- ¼ cups brown sugar
For the BBQ Sauce:
- 2 cups ketchup
- ½ cups apple cider vinegar
- ½ cups brown sugar
- ¼ cups honey
- ¼ cups molasses
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoons salt
Cut the ribs:Cut the ribs into 4 equal pieces with a knife. Apply the rub:Combine turmeric powder, mustard and olive oil in a large bowl and mix well.Apply the dry rub thoroughly to each side of the ribs.Refrigerate the ribs for at least 30 minutes at room temperature. Oven-Baked: Preheat oven to 275 °F ( 135 °C). Wrap each ribtightly with a large piece of aluminium foil. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until ribs aretender . Remove the ribs from the oven, and discard the aluminium foil.Brush both sides with BBQ sauce this time. Let ribs rest for another 10 to 15 minutes. Serving: Remove ribs from heat. Allow to cool slightly before serving, thenserve with a little more sauce.
For extra tenderness, you can marinate the ribs in a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water for just an hour before applying the rub.
Leftover ribs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
