- 10 oz cream cheese, softened.
- 1 package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix.
- 1 cup mayonnaise.
- 1 cup sour cream.
- 3 green onions, chopped.

- Prepare The Spinach:Thaw the spinach thoroughly in hot water and when the spinach is completely thawed, drain the water from the spinach and keep it aside for a while.
