- 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained.
- 10 oz cream cheese, softened.
- 1 package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix.
- 1 cup mayonnaise.
- 1 cup sour cream.
- 3 green onions, chopped.
Prepare The Spinach:Thaw the spinach thoroughly in hot water and when the spinach is completely thawed, drain the water from the spinach and keep it aside for a while. Mix The Ingredients:Take a large mixing bowl and combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream and add the non-vegetable recipe mix. This time mix well together. Add The Vegetables:Once the cream is well mixed, add the spinach and chopped onions and mix well. Chill:Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and chill for two hours. Serving:Serve with bread cubes, crackers or freshvegetables.
